If product is fully charged and remote has no signal interruption, product can be operated from up to 20 feet away.

Battery is empty: The product turns off automatically when the battery is empty due to continuous use. It will turn itself back on when the battery has been charged to a minimal level. Charge the product until LED light is "Green".

Charge is interrupted: Make sure the charger is correctly plugged into the socket of the unit.
